An alle, die gerne im Internet ein paar Euro extra machen wollen!
Bitte lasst Euch nicht von Lukas Lindler und seinem scheinbar einfachen Kurs um tausende Euro passives Einkommen zu generieren blenden. Lukas Lindler werdet Ihr nie kennenlernen nur seine dubiosen Leute, die für ihn die Abschlüsse machen.
Es ist ohne Zweifel ein Schneeballsystem, das Euch dazu ausbildet, das gerade für mehr als 3000 Euro gekaufte Coaching an weitere Kunden zu verkaufen. Ich hoffe, dass dem schnell gerichtlich Einhalt geboten wird. Der Inhalt des Coachings ist dürftig und naja es ist durchaus illegal.
Habt Ihr auch Erfahrung mit der Lukas Lindler Holding GmbH?

Google uses Key-Systems GmbH as the underlying registrar for several TLDs. It's right in the disclosures and registration agreements you read(?) and to which you legally agreed.

(table is in the page I linked, under the paragraphs I just quoted.) Nothing fishy going on at all. Google also uses two other registrars: Tucows only for .ca, and GMO Internet only for .jp. But they use Key-Systems for several popular and less-popular domains.

Just gifted from my friend a usb charger and a usb hub by Hama and found out that this company makes massive kinds of product. So what about their quality? Can i trust their charger to charge my iphone?

You get what you pay for i. e. Hama stuff is usually worth its money. I definitely trust their stuff more than cheaper or equally priced no-name products

GmbH is the german term for LLC. Both meaning what it says - limited liability company (or Gesellschaft mit Beschränkter Haftung). The limited liability describes the liability of the owners in various cases (like private capital when the company defaults).
"Industries" and "Enterprises" is just self given names to make the whole thing sound better.
Rest: I don't know really, best consult Wikipedia who have very good articles on how the specific company forms differ and what legal implications that has.

Aktiengesellschaft und Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung :) um eine AG zu gründen, braucht man mehr Eigenkapital und AG Aktien werden an allen Leuten verkauft. Mehr kannst du im AGGesetz und im GmbHGesetz nachlesen..
Moving to Germany to open a GmbH - practical help needed

Hi! I am an Italian citizen, currently living in Scotland, where I have a limited company. I am moving to Nuremberg to open a GmbH there, due to Brexit. I wanted to know a couple of practical things:
- I want to rent a flat but they are asking me a proof of income, which I don't have, as I am opening a GmbH as a startup. How can I get a rent contract without a payslip? (can I pay some months in advance, like I did in Scotland?)
- It seems a dog biting its tail: they ask me for a bank account to offer me a rent contract, but when I go to the bank, they tell me that I need to have a registered rent. Any suggestion here? Thanks for any useful suggestion!

Paying in advance is unlikely to work. The landlord wants to have some assurance that you will stay long-term and pay your rent every month. Evicting people for not paying rent is a lengthy process here, so the landlord will be afraid that once the money you pre-paid runs out, you will stop paying and he will have a lot of hassle.
Also, pre-paying rent would be risky for you. Reducing the rent is the best tool a tenant in Germany has to force a landlord to do his duty when there is something wrong with the flat. And you can't reduce rent that you've already paid if, say, the heating stops working and the landlord just ignores you.
